ALL HOME PACKAGES INCLUDE: 2X6 exterior framing with "Douglas FIR" and are sheathed in 1/2 inch CDX plywood. ALL roof trusses are completed & roof sheathing is 5/8 inch CDX. We do not use OSB for any home or commercial building. ALL interior walls are preframed and ready to set. Windows & Doors are standard.
